MTG Arena introduce Emotes ages ago but they're rather boring and repetative (well, until now). With ReEmote you can personalise the basic emotes to say whatever you want.

Changes you make with ReEmote are only displayed to yourself, other people still see the unchanged emote so if you change 'Hello' into 'I'm a poopy head' then your opponent will still see 'Hello' but you'll see ''I'm a poopy head'.

These Basic Emotes are available on all accounts

You can have multipe settings for the emotes and change them at will (but not while MTG Arena is running). This can be useful if you play a lot of different formats. While Ladder might deserve insults Draft may need a completely different set of emotes.

The set Zendikar Rising included (up to) 15 'Phrase Emotes'. If you have them you can also change these. This set is probably most useful for Streamers as they allow longer text. A Streamer could, for example, re-define 'Rushing Ahead' to say 'Like, Comment and Subscribe' then when recording gameplay triggering that emote would show up in the recording.

If you and a friend both have the Zendikar Rising emotes and 'Direct Play' with each other you could share the .emote file and allow friendly banter.

It MUST be noted that MTG Arena may change how the game works at any point so while this works at present there is no gurantee that it will in the future.

To Change the game's emotes click on the emotes you want to change, alter them and when finished Save your new definitions then Apply them to the game with File -> Activate Chages

MTG Arena regularly updates itself every week or so. When this happens your changed emotes will be reset. Simply re-run ReEmote and Activate Chages again to get them back.
